Why buy an Anti-Syph device?
Fuel theft has financial implications for any business. A truck tankful can be £500 of diesel and depending how many vehicles you have that can be a large sum of money in one go. In addition to the cost of fuel you’ve lost, there’s the cost to refuel and the downtime of the vehicle.

How do anti-syphoning devices protect my drivers?
They act as a deterrent to thieves, giving drivers the reassurance that the vehicle will not be broken into or that they will never be falsely accused of skimming their own tank.

Which is the right anti syphon product for me?
We have three products that stop fuel theft, all are listed on our product pages.
Fuel Keep for high volume large tank vehicles available for vehicles with 105 mm external diameter tank inlets, such as Volvo, Foden, DAF, Mercedes, MAN, Renault & Iveco.

TP Anti Syph can be fitted to all types of tank: bayonet, screw type & bus / coach.

TP Anti Syph Coach and Bus fits into the neck of most bus and coaches with clip caps and to coaches with the standard bayonet cap. For coaches with minimal clearance between the body and filler neck, we can offer a LoProfile version.

Will these devices need me to get a new fuel cap?
With the TP Anti Syph you will be able to use your current cap.

Are these devices easy to fit?
All three of our devices can be easily fitted in a matter of minute

Will these devices fit my vehicle?
TP Anti-Syph fits any vehicle
TP Bus and Coach fits most bus and coaches
Fuelkeep fits 105mm tanks only

Can fuel be skimmed from the top of the tank?
With all devices a little or lot could be skimmed from the tank, with the TP Anti Syph or FuelKeep models a little has the potential to be skimmed, with other cheaper models on the market a lot has the potential to be skimmed or removed. With the Hercules Floating Ball Anti-siphon, if the ball is by passed the whole tank is open to theft.

Will re fuelling be restricted?
TP Anti Syph and FuelKeep will not restrict refueling, also no splash back.

Are the Anti Syphon devices robust?
Our budget device FuelKeep is robust but not as the TP Anti Syph, but overall both devices will withstand hammer and axe attack.

Do I have to drill holes in my tank?
TP Anti Syph or FuelKeep will not require any drilling, request an installation guide in PDF by emailing info@aideautomotive.com with the subject heading Fuel Theft Installation Guide

How long before I get my anti siphon device?
aide automotive ltd ship out every working day on next day courier, we can ship to any where in the UK. All orders paid for before 1 pm are shipped out the same day.

What if the anti siphon device doesn’t fit my tank?
aide automotive ltd will endeavor to replace any device that doesn’t fit, if a device is returned undamaged we are pleased to offer a full refund if required
